We define LGBTQ+ literature as books by, for, and/or about LGBTQ+ people or featuring LGBTQ+ characters, as well as books to which LGBTQ+ individuals have contributed, whether as designers, illustrators, or writers. We also sell books of interest to the LGBTQ+ community, including about gay icons who may not be queer themselves, or about the history of social movements in which LGBTQ+ communities contributed.

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses located within the map confines shown below. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Local delivery will be fulfilled the day after the order is submitted.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days using Canada Post. 

US & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders will take 8-20 business days to arrive, depending on the destination. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Pansy Pages is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thepansypages@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
